• SLA monitoring: review team performance and ensure delivery quality.
• Performance tuning and optimization with production support teams.
• System improvements: review mitigation measures and proposed actions.
• Disaster recovery: develop DR and data backup plans for resilience.
• Reporting and stakeholder engagement: participate in QBRs and manage client expectations.
• Team management: supervise daily operations and conduct performance appraisals.
• Knowledge base: update documentation and share best practices.
