Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales & Key Accounts Manager to drive growth of its industrial water and wastewater business in Singapore and the region.

You will manage and grow key customer accounts, identify opportunities, and work with engineering to develop technical and commercial solutions. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in B2B industrial sales or key account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management.
• Experience selling technical solutions, equipment or projects to industrial customers.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, facilities, utilities, maintenance, EHS, procurement and management functions.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for their solutions.
• Develop opportunities within key industries where they're expanding its business.
• Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, facility management companies and other relevant industry partners.
• Work with the engineering team to develop technical solutions and commercial proposals.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and opportunities through to contract award.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Identify upcoming industrial projects, plant expansions and market opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Contribute to growth of key accounts and development of new industrial customers.
