W.O.G.Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will lead efforts in water and wastewater treatment, recycle/reuse systems, and resource recovery while coordinating with regional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in global BD, engineering background, and an MBA in Marketing, with proven success in Southeast Asia markets and strong strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental) from a premier institute.
• MBA in Marketing is a strong advantage.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in business development in the global water and wastewater treatment market.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth within the Southeast Asia region or similar markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in water and wastewater treatment, recycle/reuse systems, and resource recovery management across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Partner with Process and Proposal teams to craft robust business plans tailored to regional markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market presence and align with customer budgets and procurement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, managing pre-qualification and technical specifications.
• Perform SWOT analyses for WTP, WWTP, and recycle/reuse projects; analyze related chemical solutions.
• Deliver presentations to consultants and prospective clients, aligning with technical and commercial frameworks.
• Analyze market data to identify target audiences and devise actionable strategies.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate technical requirements and select local partners.
• Contribute to techno-commercial proposals with correct client problem statements and scheme selections.
