Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or environmental sciences.
- Minimum 5 years in sales of water quality analysers or related instruments.
- Proven B2B sales experience in water, wastewater or process industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of water quality analysers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts in utilities, industry, and engineering sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities and tender prospects.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for consistent performance.
- Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams on solutions.
- Prepare technical-commercial quotations, tenders, and demos.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
