Job summary

Fast Career Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive KPIs. You will lead a team, ensure SOP compliance, and optimize inbound/outbound workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with 3+ years in a leadership position, plus strong WMS knowledge and inventory reporting skills. AWS and medical benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of WMS and ability to generate/analyze inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve departmental KPIs while ensuring adherence to SOPs and proper equipment handling.
• Coordinate and monitor timely inbound and outbound activities, maintaining high operational efficiency and service standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, monthly reconciliation, stock discrepancy investigations and inventory-related reporting using WMS.
• Monitor warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards, highlighting irregularities and implementing corrective actions.
• Support process improvement initiatives, provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff, and liaise with customers on operational and service-related matters.
