Job summary

Nutrition Asia Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accurate stock and timely order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Sales and Operations, supervise staff, monitor stock accuracy, enforce safety standards, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience in inventory control, stock taking, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Allocate tasks and manage warehouse manpower to optimize productivity and meet operational targets
• Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory integrity
• Implement proper stock rotation and maintain warehouse housekeeping standards to ensure safety and orderliness
• Manage inbound and outbound processes with strong control over stock movement and accuracy
• Oversee picking accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment to meet customer requirements
• Supervise warehouse assistants and part-time staff, providing guidance and support for operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate effectively with Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
• Report operational challenges and stock discrepancies promptly to the Warehouse Manager for resolution
