Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently.
• Hands-on operational environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Coordinate manpower, work allocation and daily operational activities according to business requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper handling, documentation and timely completion of tasks.
• Support inventory control, stocktaking and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring team performance, KPI achievement, SOP compliance and workplace safety.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with internal teams, customers, drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
