Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics operations experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, distribution).
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks and support inventory control measures.
• Ensure proper handling of goods including temperature-controlled items (if applicable).
• Uphold workplace safety and health standards in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare operational reports and highlight improvement areas to management.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
