Job summary

WT Microelectronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior warehouse engineering leader to design and optimize layouts, material flows, and automation roadmaps. You will drive facility planning, automation projects (AutoStore, AS/RS, robotics), and cross-functional execution to maximize capacity and efficiency.

You will manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and mentor teams while ensuring safety, scalability, and regulatory compliance.Singapore-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience in warehouse engineering, facility planning, logistics, automation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading large-scale warehouse design, automation, or distribution center transformation projects.
• Experience with AutoStore, AS/RS, conveyors, sortation, robotics, and other automated handling solutions.
• Strong project management, CAPEX planning, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage configurations, and material flow strategies.
• Develop efficient receiving, inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound processes to maximize space and productivity.
• Evaluate capacity requirements and recommend scalable solutions for growth.
• Lead planning, evaluation, and implementation of warehouse automation initiatives (AutoStore, AS/RS, robotics).
• Define facility requirements including docks, shipping areas, and zones; collaborate with architects and contractors.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, vendor selection, and project execution; mentor engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and KPI monitoring for warehouse performance.
