Job summary
DSV CONTRACT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Solutions Manager to lead the design and validation of storage systems, MHE, and related processes for customer projects in Singapore.
You will own calculations, layout design, and commercial modelling, and liaise with automation teams to ensure competitive offerings. This role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel,
Qualifications
- Degree required in relevant studies.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse solutions and ability to translate user needs into SD tool features.
- Good knowledge of the target verticals and strong analytical understanding of contract logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, formulas, PivotTable) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Visio/Stream/Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Own calculation, layout design, technical response & commercial modelling of assigned projects.
- Liaise with automation team for possible technology enhancements.
- Establish optimal solution concepts aligned with customer needs and VM features.
- Simulate resource, MHE, space with layout design and investment requirements for RFQ using standard tools.
- Support Commercial/BD in negotiation strategy and value proposition with supporting assessments.
