• Experience with robotics system integration and testing in operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative settings.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Automation Projects: Support the development of automation solutions for broader logistics operations including material handling, sorting, and inventory workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and drive global scale initiatives, work with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate automation systems, engage with external collaborators and vendors.
• BU Automation Strategy Roadmap Execution: Own part of the roadmap, execute it, and report results to management; contribute to thought leadership and ensure reliability, safety, and performance in high-volume environments.
