Job summary

World Wide Technology, Singapore, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, optimize inventory control and ensure safety and efficiency across the site.

You will coach teams, monitor performance, and implement 5S principles while coordinating with logistics, shipping, and procurement to meet demanding timelines.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviews safety protocols and processes for best practices of equipment operation, making recommendations as needed for enhancements
• Identifies the interrelatedness of work activities across teams and recommends improvements to processes to increase effectiveness
• Removes team barriers to implementing new ideas or approaches by securing the necessary resources or support from senior management
• Ensures process improvement initiatives focus on measurable results, and help teams establish measures of success
• Guides the ordering, shipping and warehousing processes to ensure a consistent flow for production; implements new strategies and designs to improve the movement of materials
• Drives teams to maintain a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation
• Defines the objectives and resources required to successfully complete a project and manage the team to complete work within established timeframes
• Follows up and keep others informed of progress on tasks and project responsibilities
