Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior project delivery leader to drive large-scale CAPEX warehouse automation initiatives across the region. You will own projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee on-time, within-scope results.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 10 years in complex logistics projects, with strong skills in MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience delivering complex logistics and warehouse automation projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Lead full project lifecycle within scope, schedule and budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to drive execution.
• Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation: Develop plans with resources and timelines; identify and mitigate risks.
• Site & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct site visits; ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory and safety standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Manage documentation, schedules and change requests; present updates to management and clients.
