Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a senior Warehouse Automation Solution Architect in Singapore to partner with customers and the pre-sales team to design scalable automation solutions for modern logistics operations.

You will lead component selection, vendor engagement, cost management, and bid support, applying CAD and Flexsim tools to validate layouts and performance while ensuring alignment with project profit targets. Fluency in English and Chinese is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Logistics Engineering.
5+ years in warehouse automation.
Led at least 10 warehouse automation projects with documented outcomes.
Proficient with WMS/WES/WCS integrations.
Skilled CAD and FlexSim for layout and simulation.
Fluent in English; Chinese ability preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and design initial warehouse automation solutions.
Select components, vendors, and manage costs and budgets.
Support bids with technical reports and presentations.
Demonstrate solutions and assist in technical negotiations and risk assessments.
Collaborate with local teams in Singapore to deliver projects.
