Job summary

The role leads planning and governance for the Retail project portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure aligned investments and effective execution across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project portfolio planning for the Retail portfolio, forecasting demand and book-of-work.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Strategy, Risk, Planning and Country stakeholders to surface capacity implications.
• Drive governance, paper quality and approval readiness for investment proposals.
• Provide management insights on investment priorities and trade-offs.
• Oversee lifecycle management and obsolescence risk remediation planning.
• Lead forward planning of application refresh initiatives and risk mitigation activities.
• Forecast and track project demand, capacity, and pipeline to support prioritisation.
