DBS Foundation is seeking a Senior VP/VP Specialist for Programme & Partnerships Management to shape strategy for Providing Essential Needs, build cross-border partnerships across Asia, and lead end-to-end programmes from concept to impact assessment. The role requires strong research, stakeholder management and the ability to scale successful models regionally.

You will drive reporting, integrate with DBS Group, and collaborate with community partners, government agencies and ecosystem players

Formación

• Partnerships: drive DBS Foundation’s community focus through strong and relevant ecosystem partnerships across internal and external partners.
• Project management: execute programmes, initiatives and events with cross-functional teams and prepare regular reports.
• Team player: leverage expertise across DBS Foundation and regional teams, identify integration opportunities.
• Communication & Written skills: convey plans clearly to stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Impact experience: 10+ years in impact monitoring, regional community programmes, research and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Shape strategy through research and regional insights for Providing Essential Needs.
• Originate, develop and manage strategic partnerships in Singapore and across DBS’ core markets in Asia.
• Own programmes from concept and partner selection through implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Track progress with impact indicators, baselines and reporting frameworks.
• Integrate DBS Foundation work with wider DBS Group and connect across market teams to build One DBS collaboration.
