Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to lead on understanding the needs of lower-income and vulnerable families and to cultivate strong partnerships with community stakeholders, including businesses and donors, to co-create and deliver programmes that address those needs.

You will work with Social Service Offices island-wide, identify underserved needs through data, build trust, mobilise volunteers and donors, and help manage operations

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Social Sciences.
• Experience in the social service sector or stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead in understanding the needs of lower-income and vulnerable families.
• Cultivate partnerships with community stakeholders, businesses and donors to co-create programmes.
• Mobilise volunteers and donors to plug needs and build trust for MSF’s work.
• Manage and review operational guidelines and data systems to support centralised tracking across SSOs.
