is seeking an Associate Director to support the Executive Director in advancing the organization's mission by overseeing programmes, fundraising, partnerships, and volunteer engagement in Singapore. The role ensures programmes are well-delivered, resourced, and aligned with strategic priorities and community needs, while collaborating with staff, donors, volunteers, and partners to strengthen impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant programme management and nonprofit leadership.
• Experience in the social service or charity sector preferred.
• Demonstrated grant management and donor engagement experience.
• Experience managing volunteers and community partnerships.
• Familiarity with Singapore charity governance and regulatory environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organisation’s programmes and services.
• Develop and drive fundraising strategies to support programme sustainability and growth.
• Recruit, engage, and retain volunteers to support delivery.
• Build partnerships with community organisations, corporate partners, and government bodies.
• Provide leadership to programme and volunteer staff and foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure governance, risk & compliance across programme and operations.
• Contribute to organizational planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
