Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch is seeking a senior corporate banking professional to lead a team handling Japanese multinational clients. You will oversee relationship management, credit analysis, and end-to-end financial solutions across APAC, coordinating with overseas branches and Head Office.

The role requires English and Japanese language fluency, strong leadership, and a track record in corporate banking with cross-border experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate banking with leadership experience.
• Strong capability in relationship management and credit analysis.
• Business-level English and Japanese; able to communicate with Head Office in Japan.
• Experience with Japanese multinational clients and familiarity with Japanese banking culture is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team responsible for relationship management of Japanese multinational corporate clients, ensuring high service standards and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to deepen relationships and acquire new business opportunities across portfolios.
• Oversee credit risk analysis, prepare credit proposals, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with product specialists, risk, and operations to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.
• Act as liaison with overseas branches, Head Office, and relevant departments for integrated global banking solutions.
• Lead client acquisition and marketing initiatives leveraging the bank's network.
• Provide portfolio planning, account management, and sector P&L oversight.
