The role focuses on deepening client relationships, driving revenue, and coordinating across product, risk, and operations to deliver end-to-end financial solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate banking with strong leadership, English and Japanese language skills, and a solid network within the Japanese corporate sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related.
• 5+ years in corporate banking with leadership in relationship management.
• Fluent English and Japanese language skills for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team for RM of Japanese multinational clients.
• Develop strategies to deepen existing relationships and win new business.
• Oversee credit risk analysis, proposals, and credit facility setup.
• Drive complex transactions with product, risk, and operations teams.
• Liaise with overseas branches and Head Office to deliver global solutions.
• Lead client acquisition and marketing via consultative approaches.
• Oversee portfolio planning, account management, and sector P&L.
• Check and approve supplementary info for credit applications.
• Supervise KYC/CDD tasks and waivers, respond to client inquiries.
• Mentor junior staff and foster high performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
