IIX Global in Singapore seeks an Associate Director/Senior Vice President, Investor Relations to lead end-to-end investor engagement across the capital lifecycle. The role combines strategy, reporting, and fundraising for ongoing bond programs and a new climate fund.

You will own relationship architecture, reporting frameworks, and LP communications, partnering with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality investor outputs from day one.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience managing investor relations for institutional clients.
• Proven track record in fundraising and LP engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ESG metrics and impact reporting.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and DFIs.
• Ability to translate complex data into investor-ready materials.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own investor relationship architecture including reporting cadences.
• Manage investor queries, due diligence, and regulatory disclosures.
• Lead onboarding for new funds and maintain LP communications.
• Maintain investors data room and ensure version control.
• Represent IIX at investor events and sector forums.
