IIX Global in Singapore seeks an Associate Director / Senior Vice President, Investor Relations to lead end-to-end investor engagement across a five-live Women’s Livelihood Bond series and the Orange Climate Fund’s IR build-out. You will own strategy, execution and output quality for investor reporting, fundraising, and ESG communications.

You will manage LP relationships, supervise reporting frameworks, coordinate with legal and finance, and drive improved impact disclosures for diverse LP

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of investor relations, fund client management, or institutional investor servicing experience.
• Proven leadership in fundraising, LP engagement strategy, data room governance and first-close execution.
• Fluency with SFDR, TCFD, GRI, SDG alignment and gender-mlens metrics for investor communications.

Responsabilités

• Investor Relationship Management: own relationships with WLB bondholders and Orange Climate Fund LPs; design governance and reporting protocols.
• Investor Reporting & Communications: create and supervise reporting frameworks, capital statements, NAV formats, and LP portal standards.
• Fundraising Engagement & LP Pipeline: lead early fundraising, refine investor materials, manage DDQ responses and data room access.
• Sustainability & Impact Positioning: deepen fluency in Orange Seal, gender-lens investing, and climate metrics across outputs.
• Investment Team Partnership & Governance: bridge investment and credit teams; coordinate regulatory filings and governance reporting.
