Job summary

IIX Global in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate for the Orange Movement Governance & Sustainability to drive donor origination, sponsor conversion, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role reports to the SVP - Sustainable Finance and emphasizes relationship-building with philanthropists, blended-finance investors, and impact allocators, while coordinating governance initiatives across the IIX universe.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the development sector with program delivery and project management experience.
• Proven client origination and funder conversion capability.
• Experience in advisory roles across climate and gender sectors in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and conversion of new relationships across Membership, Sponsorship, and the Corporate Catalyst Program — from first conversation to signed commitment.
• Identify, qualify, and convert sponsorship and funder prospects with the SVP — Sustainable Finance, focusing on APAC markets.
• Represent OM governance and sustainability priorities in cross-functional forums and events, and to key partners.
• Assist with and drive Orange events planning and market growth in Singapore and select priority markets.
