About this Role
The Associate Director/Senior Vice President, Investor Relations is a senior individual contributor and functional lead responsible for IIX’s end-to-end investor engagement across the full capital lifecycle. This role carries executive-level accountability for two parallel mandates: the ongoing management of investor relations across IIX’s five live Women’s Livelihood Bond series, and the strategic build-out of the investor relations function for the proposed Orange Climate Fund from pre-first-close through sustained LP management. This is not a coordinator role. The AD/SVP owns strategy, execution, and quality across all investor-facing output, ranging from relationship architecture and reporting frameworks to fundraising engagement and impact communications. Success is measured by the strength of IIX’s LP relationships, the integrity of its reporting, and the investor-readiness of the new fund’s IR infrastructure from day one. The role requires operating with full ownership mentality, setting standards, resolving blockers, and delivering without hand-holding or escalation for routine decisions.
