Impact Investment Exchange (Asia) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate for the Orange Movement governance and sustainability agenda. This front-line role will originate relationships, convert funder conversations into commitments, and align OM needs with the wider IIX universe.

Reporting to the SVP Sustainable Finance, you will manage sponsorship and partnerships, travel ~25%, and navigate philanthropy, blended finance, and impact investing.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the development sector with program delivery experience.
• Client origination and funder conversion experience.
• Advisory or consulting background across climate-sensitive and gender-centric sectors in APAC.
• Conversant across philanthropy, blended finance, and impact investing.
• Familiar with ESG compliance and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert funder relationships across Membership, Sponsorship, and Corporate Catalyst Programs.
• Connect OM priorities to offerings across Sustainable Finance, Strategic Initiatives, and country teams.
• Support Orange events planning and sponsorship conversions across Regional Summits and Global Forum.
• Maintain governance engagement with Steering Committee, Advisory Council, and Working Groups.
