Job summary

Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Orange Movement, integrating gender equality and climate action into financial markets through Orange Bonds. The role targets mobilizing capital to scale the Movement into a financially independent institution, with ambitions to raise co-funder contributions in Year 1 and expand an international investor coalition.

Location: Singapore.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic partnerships, capital markets, fundraising or senior leadership roles in finance, philanthropy or development, with meaningful experience in the Global South.
• Proven track record in capital mobilization, impact finance, or climate/gender initiatives.
• An existing, activatable network of DFI, foundation, corporate and multilateral funder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Business, Finance, Public Policy or International Development preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Airtable, HubSpot) and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive fundraising strategy, targeting co-funder contributions from foundations, DFIs and impact investors.
• Expand the investor alliances and coalition, engaging institutional investors, DFIs, corporates and governments.
• Mature governance infrastructure into an independently operating structure.
• Lead training programs and expand certification tracks for investors, regulators and issuers.
• Lead flagship forums and publish thought leadership to position Orange Financing in global finance dialogues.
• Build a long-term financial sustainability model with fee-based membership and certification revenue streams.
