Our client, a globally recognised investment firm, seeks an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate in Singapore to support fundraising and investor communications. You will coordinate events, deliver portfolio insights, and build lasting investor relationships across time zones.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, strategic input, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment. Excellent organizational and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in investor relations, private funds, finance, event planning, client services or logistics.
• Experience in hospitality or client services is beneficial.
• Strong educational background in finance, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Organise investor events, conferences, roadshows, and meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis and portfolio updates.
• Manage reports and materials for clients and supporting documentation.
• Participate in strategic and IR projects, especially fundraising.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure collaboration and delivery.
