The Young Women\'s Christian Association of Singapore is seeking an Executive, Membership & Volunteer Development to support the Community & Collaboration Division. You will help implement membership schemes, engagement activities and volunteer programmes to strengthen community participation.

You will coordinate events, maintain records, recruit and onboard volunteers, and provide on-ground support for programmes while ensuring safeguarding and smooth operations.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in community engagement or volunteer coordination.
• Experience supporting events or programmes.
• Experience working with volunteers or community groups.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding and engagement activities for members.
• Coordinate member events, circles and engagement platforms.
• Maintain membership records and communications with members.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and coordination of volunteers.
• Support volunteer scheduling and on-ground activities.
• Assist outreach to grow membership and participation.
• Maintain records and assist with reporting and documentation.
• Provide logistics and programme support for events.
