Job summary

DBS Asia Hub seeks an expert in enterprise voice and unified communications to design, implement, and support high‑availability platforms. You will work across CUCM, Teams Direct Routing, and SBCs while ensuring regulatory recording compliance and strong performance.

You will manage call routing, dial plans, and integrations, support incident resolution, and collaborate with security and network teams on hardening. Prior experience in financial services and cloud voice is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Voice Gateways, and SIP protocols.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and SBC (e.g., AudioCodes).
Understanding of network concepts (QoS, NAT, voice VLAN/firewall traversal).
Experience with compliance recording solutions (e.g., NICE, Verint).
Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise voice platforms (Cisco CUCM, Teams Direct Routing, SBCs).
Ensure regulatory recording compliance for financial services.
Manage call routing, dial plans, and telephony integrations.
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams on hardening.
Lead or support migrations (CUCM to cloud/Teams).
Maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and audit-ready artifacts.
Engage vendors and manage third-party providers.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
