The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and ongoing upgrades, with on-call duties to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT infra/support experience in maritime industry.
• Hands-on onsite and remote infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with vessel IT, maritime tech, or cyber security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote L2/L3 support to vessels, captains and crew.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and comms issues remotely.
• Maintain onboard IT infra across the vessel fleet.
• Install and optimise Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Windows 10, M365, Active Directory, Hyper-V.
• Monitor performance, connectivity and reliability across onboard environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 vessel operations.
