Qualifications

• Experience with SystemVerilog/UVM for DDR5/LPDDR5 verification.
• Collaborates with hardware, firmware and software teams to align system-level memory architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in technical settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification plans for DDR5, LPDDR5, and DFI memory systems in server products.
• Understand RTL and micro-architecture to engage with IP/Domain architects and Design engineers for planning and debugging.
• Share verification methodology and contribute to continuous improvement of verification flows.
• Support Post-Si teams for product performance, power, and functional issue debugging/resolution.
