Job summary

AMD Singapore seeks an experienced DDR Verification Expert to join as Technical Lead for server memory products. You will drive verification strategies for DDR5/LPDDR5/DFI across DIMMs, mentoring engineers and collaborating with HW, FW, BIOS, and SW teams.

The role requires expert SystemVerilog/UVM, C/C++, and Python/Perl skills, with a track record of multiple tape-outs and sign-offs in high-performance memory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, C/C++, and scripting languages (Python/Perl).
• Proven track record of tape-out experiences and verification sign-offs in server memory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of verification engineers to drive verification strategies for DDR5, LPDDR5, and DFI memory systems in server products.
• Ensure HW, FW, BIOS & SW alignment to enable all features of the memory interface.
• Collaborate with IP/Domain architects to identify risks and develop architectural solutions.
• Share verification methodology and provide mentorship to the team.
