Job summary

AMD is seeking an experienced DDR Verification Expert to join our team as a Technical Lead for cutting-edge server memory products. You will drive the verification efforts of DDR interfaces, including DDR5, LPDDR5, and DFI, across DIMMs, applying SystemVerilog, UVM, and scripting languages like Python/Perl.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification for DDR5/LPDDR5 systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HW, FW and SW teams.
• Proven tape-out experience and verification sign-offs in server memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification strategy for DDR5, LPDDR5 and DFI memory systems.
• Ensure HW/SW/firmware alignment to enable memory interface features.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team architectural solutions.
