Job summary

ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced DDR Verification Expert to join as Technical Lead. You will drive verification efforts for DDR interfaces across DIMMs, including DDR5 and LPDDR5, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with HW/SW teams to ensure feature parity and sign-off for server memory products.

Strong SystemVerilog/UVM, C/C++, and scripting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SystemVerilog/UVM based testbenches and coverage models.
• Leading verification projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Tape-out experiences and sign-off in server memory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of verification engineers for DDR5/LPDDR5 and DFI systems.
• Ensure FW/BIOS/SW alignment with memory interface features.
• Collaborate with IP/Domain architects to resolve technical risks and provide solutions.
• Contribute to verification methodology and knowledge sharing.
• Own architecture analysis and respond to marketing/feature change requests.
• Support post-Si performance, power, and bug resolution.
