Job summary

The Kallang Group is seeking a Venue Operations & Facility Management professional to oversee the OCBC Arena and its sports facilities. The role ensures facilities are safe, clean, and operational, coordinating maintenance with contractors and handling customer feedback.

You will liaise with event organisers, NSAs, and internal teams to support events, programmes, and commercial activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and venue procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue operations or facility management is preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, logistics, and vendors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of OCBC Arena and related facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and service providers.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, programmes, and activities.
