Job summary

Kallang Group is recruiting a duty supervisor to support OCBC Arena Management during the National Day Parade period by guiding the public, directing crowds, and helping to coordinate event logistics and safety procedures.

You will assist visitors with wayfinding, monitor booking times to prevent overstay, facilitate smooth entry and exit, and handle daily venue tasks as they arise, including coordinating with security and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors with wayfinding.
• Ensure participants do not overstay booking periods.
• Provide assistance in logistics and any other daily operational and venue matters that may arise.
