Job summary

CapitaLand's Catapult in Singapore seeks an hands-on Executive, Client Experience to support clients across meetings, conferences and corporate events. You will coordinate venue requirements, manage service delivery and ensure a seamless client journey from planning to on-site execution.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, engaging with vendors, and supporting post-event follow-up to drive client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, events, customer success or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CRM/event management systems are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-booking.
• Coordinate client requirements and event needs from planning through completion.
• Conduct venue walkthroughs, planning meetings and pre-event briefings with clients.
• Provide guidance on venue capabilities, facilities, processes and service offerings.
• Ensure client requirements are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-standard customer service.
• Support evening/weekend event operations when required.
