CapitaLand Group is seeking an Executive, Client Experience for Catapult in Singapore. The role partners with clients to plan and execute successful meetings, conferences and events, from pre-event setup to on-site support and post-event follow-up.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will coordinate venue logistics, engage vendors and ensure a high standard of service, driving client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years in client service, hospitality, events or related roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM or event software experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary client contact from planning through completion of events.
• Coordinate venue, catering, AV, access and logistics for programs and meetings.
• Attend to client inquiries, requests and post-event feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
