Job summary

Mighty Mart is building a network of smart, 24/7 unmanned vending machines across Singapore and is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to identify and secure site locations. You will engage building owners, managing agents and facilities managers, presenting the value proposition and driving terms to signed agreements.

You will work in the field, out of the office, travelling across Singapore to qualify sites, close deals and coordinate with operations for installation while

Qualifications

• Prior sales, business development or leasing experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Comfortable making first contact with people you have never met.
• Self-directed; you will not be micromanaged.
• Organised enough to run your own pipeline and manage diary.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify target sites across Singapore.
• Approach managing agents, MCST councils, building and facilities managers, HR and admin teams.
• Present the proposition, handle objections and negotiate placement terms.
• Take deals from first contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate with our operations team on installation.
• Maintain the relationship so the site stays with us.
