Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Value-Added Logistics Operator to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure service levels, productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence. You will supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, and dispatch while coaching teams to meet KPIs and compliance with SOPs and safety rules.

The ideal candidate holds a logistics or related degree with 5+ years in warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in logistics, SCM, business, engineering or related.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel/PowerPoint; Access/VBA is a plus.
• Experience with dashboards: Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet customer requirements, service levels, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and performance targets.
• Plan manpower deployment, resource allocation, and overtime arrangements according to operational requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and productivity levels to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, data standards, safety regulations, 5S, and audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies and issues.
• Address customer concerns, working with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Evaluate processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet customer requirements, service levels, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and performance targets.
• Plan manpower deployment, resource allocation, and overtime arrangements according to operational requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and productivity levels to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, customer requirements, data processing standards, safety regulations, 5S practices, and audit requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Support automation solutions, operational projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate operational staff to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or contract logistics, with proven experience leading and managing operational teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access and VBA will be an advantage.
• Experience with operational dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of process mapping, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and operational improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
