Job summary

Aryan Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex deployments of ALE/UC solutions. You will design and implement enterprise voice, contact center, and UC&C integrations, and guide customer teams through migrations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in customer-facing roles, deep ALE knowledge, and ACFE certification. You will engage with government and enterprise clients in Singapore and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Engineering, Project Lead, or Senior Project Team member).
• 10+ years of project implementation and customer technical support in Enterprise Voice/VoIP, Omni-channel Contact Centers, UC&C, Cloud transitions, SIP Trunks and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Government, Public Sector and enterprise landscape including regulatory requirements.
