Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Senior Engineer (DTE) to deliver Tier 2/3 support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore, focusing on Avaya UC and Contact Center environments. • Minimum 4 years of Tier 2/3 UC and Contact Center engineering experience.
• Experience supporting Banking/Financial Services environments preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated Tier 2/3 support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Avaya UC & Contact Center environments in production.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
