Job summary
Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. seeks a senior telecommunications specialist with extensive experience in ALE technologies such as OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista, OpenTouch and Rainbow UCaaS/CPaaS.
You will design, configure and deploy complex contact center solutions and guide large-scale migrations. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles, strong SIP trunking knowledge, and familiarity with enterprise voice, UC&C and cloud transition models across government and enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Engineering, Project Lead or Senior Project Team member).
- 10+ years of project implementation and customer technical support in enterprise Voice/VoIP (IP-PBX), Omni-channel CC, UC&C, Cloud Transition, SIP Trunks and 3rd party integrations.
- Strong understanding of government, public sector and enterprise standards and local regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy complex Contact Center solutions (ALE OmniTouch CC or Genesys integrations).
- Provide deep architectural and technical configuration expertise across ALE portfolio.
- Lead customer engagements and support migrations in on-premise, private, public or hybrid cloud.
- Ensure security best practices in SIP trunking and network integrations.
