Job summary

Vistra Singapore invites you to join as Senior Manager, Trust Relationship Management, leading trust administration and client relationships for sophisticated structures. You will manage complex portfolios, collaborate with private clients, and ensure regulatory governance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of trust experience or related trust administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field
• Professional qualifications such as STEP, Chartered Secretary or CAMS/ ICA are mandatory
• Experience in Private Client client relationship management

Responsibilities

• Deliver trust administration and corporate services to clients
• Maintain a portfolio of complex structures and manage client relationships
• Serve as B signatory for the trust company
• Oversee onboarding including SoWF review from fiduciary perspective
• Lead and manage initiatives and projects
• Review business performance through regular analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
• Participate in Vistra Group events and govern ad hoc projects
