Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth, or related field.
• Qualification in Trust, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Secretarial, or related discipline; STEP qualification or active pursuit is advantageous.
• Good understanding of trust structures and Singapore regulatory requirements, with experience supporting trust portfolios accurately and compliantly.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; Mandarin proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality trust administration support across a portfolio of private family trusts and underlying structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries through responsive, professional, and effective communication.
• Ensure trust structures comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• Complete periodic reviews, due diligence updates, and transaction monitoring activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Resolve administration issues, manage risk, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support effective portfolio management and business continuity during the maternity cover period.
