Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced consultant to support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including planning, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will conduct operating model design, policy development, and deliver executive-level presentations while collaborating with regional teams. A strong background in banking/financial services and bilingual English/Japanese is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, finance or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting, PMO, or transformation experience.
• Experience designing operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support programme management across multiple workstreams, including planning and governance reporting.
• Conduct organisational and operating model assessments and support target operating model design.
• Develop, review and maintain project governance documents and reports.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support timely delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance forums across regions.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and decision papers with practical recommendations.
• Support business development activities and knowledge asset development.
• Own assigned deliverables and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
