Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Consultant to support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including planning, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will conduct operating model design, process improvements, policy development, and management reporting, while preparing executive-level presentations and decision papers. Strong English and Japanese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, or similar disciplines.
• Experience in operating model design, organizational transformation, process improvement, governance enhancement, business analysis, gap assessments, and policy/procedure development.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with the ability to prepare policies, governance frameworks, committee papers, management reports, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct organizational, operating model, and process assessments, and support the design and implementation of target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, management reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives within established timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance forums, and management discussions across regional and head office functions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, implementation plans, and decision papers, while providing practical recommendations to support business objectives.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, RFP responses, and development of knowledge assets.
