Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document solutions for transformation projects.
• Support Fit-Gap analysis, process design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare deliverables like process maps and status reports.
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts.
