Job summary

ABeam Consulting invites a seasoned Project/Program Manager to drive end-to-end transformation projects in the banking sector. You will plan, govern, and deliver across multiple workstreams, coordinating business, operations, and technology teams.

The role requires a strong background in digital transformation, workflow automation, and stakeholder management, with excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/finance/IT/engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in PM/PMO/Program/Business Transformation or similar roles.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation, automation, and business improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, and vendors.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation plans for risks and issues.
• Oversee UAT planning, defect management, and business sign-offs.
• Track benefits, productivity improvements, and savings realization.
