Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO leader to drive transformation initiatives across banking and financial services. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver process improvements and automation programs, working with business units, technology teams, and external vendors.

The role requires 8+ years of delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication. Regional coordination and governance are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience in PMO/Project Management or transformation consulting.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead process transformation, automation, and business improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation plans for risks and issues.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and management reporting activities.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign‑off processes.
• Track benefits, productivity improvements, and savings realization.
• Ensure governance artifacts and status reports are maintained and up to date.
